Facts, Answers, and Questions
Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: Yes. You must provide a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live.
Q: Is this legal? (How large a supply of my medication may I buy?)
A: You may order up to a three month supply of most prescription drugs, as long as it is for your own personal use. At this time, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) limits the quantity of medication we can send you to a 3-month supply. If your prescription allows refilling, you can order these refills from us every 3 months as per the FDA limitation guidelines. Note, once your refills have been exhausted, you will have to send or fax a new prescription. Note, once your refills have been exhausted, you will have to submit a new order form.
Q: Are the drugs safe ?
A: The name brand drugs are manufactured by the same companies as those that are sold in the US. The appearance of some of the drugs may be different because of packaging and cosmetic practices.
Q: Where do the drugs come from?
A: All products come from a licensed and fully qualified reliable pharmacy.
Q: Are all drugs available?
A: No. Many types of drugs are not allowed to be imported. Most controlled drugs such as narcotics are not allowed. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. We do not distribute narcotics, controlled substances or any habit-forming medications of any kind online. Canada Quality Meds will not handle habit forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled drugs or controlled substances in some countries. We specialize in chronic care medicines that many people must take to sustain or improve their life.
Q: Why do you not sell all drugs?
A: Canada Quality Meds tries to offer substantial discounts over what our customers are used to paying for their medication. Not all drugs are less expensive when compared to US pricing. Some drugs have been generic for a long time and are therefore relatively inexpensive in their home countries. In these instances Canada Quality Meds understands that the medications would be more expensive to buy through us so we do not offer them for sale.
Q: What if I need information regarding dosage, side effects, etc.?
A: Consult your physician and your pharmacist. Canada Quality Meds tries to include a information sheet but this is not intended to replace your physician or pharmacist. If you have any questions or concerns, consult your physician and your pharmacist.
Q: If I need medication not on your list, what should I do?
A: Click on the product search button on the Home Page. Look for the “Can’t Find Your Product?” Fill out the form and we will respond within 72 hours.

Otherwise, if a large order requires more than one parcel, a shipping charge will be applied to each parcel.
