How to Order

How to order your Prescription Medications Online:

1. Search for your medications.
2. In the "Medication Search" box enter the name of the medication you are searching for.
3. This will retrieve the appropriate medication.
4. Click "ADD" or VIEW"
5. Click on the number of Tabs or Caps you are purchasing and if required the number of units you are purchasing. (Example: if you need 120 Tabs choose 30 Tabs @$XX.XX and enter "4" in the box next to "ADD")    Click "ADD".
6. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the above steps to add additional items to your shopping cart.
7. Once you are ready to complete your order, select “Proceed to Checkout”.
8. If you are a New Customer, click on "New Customer" and enter the appropriate information.
9. If you are a Returning Customer click on "Log On".
10. Click on the box "Check this box to agree to our Terms and Conditions".
11. If you would like your prescription automatically refilled, click on "Check this box to automatically refill your prescription".
12. Click "Next" to add Shipping and Handling to the order.
13. Click "Continue" to proceed to checkout.
14. Please make note of the Order Number, please write this on your prescription when you fax or e-mail it to Canada Quality Meds to match your order and prescription.
15. Click "Click to Pay" to complete order.
16. The final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.

A valid prescription is required for all prescription medication.

How to order you Prescription Medications using Fax:

1. Click on “Printable Forms” on the Home Page.
2. Print the Order Form.
3. Fill in your personal information.
4. Fill in your requested Prescription Medications.
5. Sign the form.
6. Attach your Prescription. (We cannot process your request without your valid Prescription)
7. Enter your credit card information.
8. Fax the order form and your prescription using our TOLL FREE NUMBER 1-866-849-8526.
