Drug Policy

You must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live.

The Canada Quality Meds will not handle any habit forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled drugs or controlled substances in some countries. We specialize in chronic care medicines that many people must take to sustain or improve their life.

You may order up to a three month supply of your medication if that is what has been prescribed for you.

If you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return them for the FULL purchase price, No Questions Asked.

If your medication arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us. We will credit your account or replace your order.

Privacy & Security

All information given to Canada Quality Meds will be held in strict confidence and will not be sold, rented or traded to any outside entity.

The Canada Quality Meds uses the latest in Internet security and encryption technology. You should have no concerns about your personal information being seen by anyone not directly involved with Canada Quality Meds and its operations. All information given to Canada Quality Meds is required to be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared, sold, or traded to any outside entity.

Refills

If a prescription that we have had filled for you was written to include refills we can have them filled for you as they come up. We will notify you either by e-mail or fax as your refill date approaches. We will not bill for or ship the refill unless we have received authorization from you.

New Prescription for Existing Clients

If you are an existing customer with a new prescription to be filled, just fax us the order form along with your prescription. That is all we need. However, if you have some personal information that has changed you must make us aware of it.

Use of Insurance

We cannot accept insurance coverage from another country. However, we will provide you with a receipt that you can use to make an insurance claim. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping

Your order will be packaged discreetly for your privacy and protection. Included in the package you will receive your product, your receipt, your prescription and information pertaining to refill options and product usage.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is about 15 days from arriving at your home or office. Please save this email (shipping receipt) and in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 21 days, reply to the email and our customer service department will rectify the situation or please use support at service@canadaqualitymeds.com.

We follow the procedures above in order to give our customers the best of all buying experiences, and to get the product in your hands as quickly as possible. Not only do customers love our products, but they also tell us they greatly appreciate the efforts we take to get the product in their hands as quickly and discreetly as is possible. SHIPPING POLICIES


Your order will be filled and shipped REGISTERED MAIL SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order. We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. NO P.O. BOXES. We must ship your order to a place of business or a residence where there is someone available to sign for the package during regular business hours.

International Shipments
We also do not ship to any embargoed countries.

Cost
All International shipments will be charged $15.00 for shipping and handling costs, US currency only. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Canada Quality Meds.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
